We will hold an open hour for discussion, idea sharing, program building, and overall support. The meeting will take place every Tuesday from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. This is an exciting time to engage with our staff, and to hold each other in community.

Especially as we work to support asynchronous programming amongst the volunteer base, this hour will serve as a preliminary jumping off point from which more meetings/workgroups can organically emerge.

Examples of questions to ask or thoughts to bring could be:

• What are you (staff and/or volunteers) doing this week?

• Within which areas do you (staff) need support?

• As a volunteer or community member, I have an idea that I'd like help developing. Where should I start, what can I do, how can help, etc.?

• I have a question I need clarity on.
