Ways to pay your dues and become a member:
1. The easiest way may be to visit us at our office with cash or your checkbook. Our office is located at 511 Main Street, Appalachia, Virginia. We are across the street from the Appalachia town offices building. 2. You can mail us a check, made out to “VO” with “SAMS donation” in the memo line. VO, or Virginia Organizing is our fiscal sponsor, but it’s very important that you put “SAMS Donation” in the memo line, otherwise the money won’t go to us. When you mail in your dues, please also attach a letter including your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address (if you have one) so that we can be in touch with you about future events.
Send all letters to:
Southern Appalachian Mountain Stewards

3. Dues can be paid online through our fiscal sponsor, Virginia Organizing. If you pay your dues online, please be sure that you fill out the online form properly, noting that this is a donation to SAMS in the section marked “Designation”. Click this link to send us your dues through VO. Also, please be sure to send us a copy of the confirmation e-mail you receive so that we will know, in a timely manner, that you sent in your dues.
Our e-mail address is firstname.lastname@example.org
